Signup information

If you join a list, Liquid Candi collects the email address or mobile number you provide, your consent choice, the consent wording version, and the time of submission. Email, text, and merch interest signups are separate; joining one does not subscribe you to the others.

We use these details for the Liquid Candi updates you request. We are collecting signups now and have not started text messaging.

The merch interest form also stores the product and print finish you are interested in, your preferred size if you provide one, and the form source. We use those details to gauge demand, plan sizes, and email you about that product. An interest signup is not an order or reservation.

Storage and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. Our owner-only dashboard also stores merch submission details in a Netlify-hosted database, with email addresses encrypted at rest. It also processes technical request data for delivery, security, spam filtering, and traffic reports. Read Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices.

A sending service has not yet been selected. Before messaging starts, we will update this page with the provider used to send messages and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your signup information or share mobile opt-in consent with unrelated parties for their marketing.

SoundCloud pre-saves

If you authorize a pre-save, we store your SoundCloud account identifier, display name and profile link, the release you selected, your consent version and time, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and fulfillment status in our Netlify-hosted database. We use this to add the selected track to your SoundCloud Likes after release and show registration status in an owner-only dashboard. Pre-saving does not join our marketing lists, follow accounts, or repost music.

An essential secure cookie lets you manage your pre-save. Use Cancel and disconnect on the release page to stop pending saving and delete your enrollment. If you are on another device, use Manage an existing pre-save to sign in again. Tokens are removed after a successful save; remaining campaign records are removed seven days after release. Netlify backups may retain deleted records for the account’s backup retention period. A completed Like can be removed directly in SoundCloud.

Traffic analytics

We use Netlify’s server-side Web Analytics to understand pageviews, visitor counts, referral sources, and popular pages. This site does not add an advertising pixel or analytics cookie.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or removal of your signup information by contacting @liquidcandi on Instagram. We keep your signup details while you remain on the list, and may retain a limited opt-out record to avoid contacting you again.

When newsletters start, each email will have an unsubscribe link. When texts start, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the text terms.
